Facade processing:
Facade processing i.e. the materialization of the object is from several different combinations of materials:

Facade processing, type1:
The facade walls of the business premises on the ground floor are planned to be made of glass windows and doors from the floor to the ceiling. It is made of aluminum carriers and thermopan glass with optimum values ​​for all seasons.

Facade processing, type2:
On the ceilings, the facade processing is a demit facade – a block hollow brick with a thickness of 16 cm, a thermal insulation filled with mineral wool and a steam dam of polyethylene foil on the outside with a thickness of 8 cm. From the inner side the finishing is polycolour color.

Facade processing, type3:
In one part of the apartments (most often the south balconies of the bedrooms and children’s rooms starting from 3, i.e. 4 floors upwards), facade treatment is a structural facade. It is made of aluminum carriers and thermopan glass with optimum values ​​for all seasons.

Partition walls:
The partition walls are made of full brick with a thickness of 12cm and 25cm (between sanitary knot and other premises). The used brick has the following dimensions: 25x12x6.5 cm.

Floors:
The floors are designed depending on the premises, with: granite slabs at the entrance parties and halls, parquet floor in the rooms for living space, ceramic tiles in the auxiliary rooms, sanitary facilities and balconies.
