The entrances to the basement level are provided directly from the north side with an input-output pad whose fall is within the limits of the falls of closed ramps. More specifically, the entrance to the basement from the entrance-exit pad leads to the eastern part of the basement, where standard parking spaces for stationary traffic in underground garages are provided.
